The New Triand Is Here - Better, Stronger, Faster with a new look and feel!
Early Sunday, July 15, we disabled the prior version of the Triand system. In early afternoon we rolled over all Triand users into the new Triand. Early feedback has been very positive and we are excited to have you exercising Triand before the increase in use that the new school year brings.
The new Triand has more efficient navigation with many new features throughout. To name just a few, we have increased your flexibility by adding right-click menus to many Triand areas. The movable and collapsible left navigation allows you to access your favorite areas of Triand at the same time and switch back and forth. Additionally, you will see dynamic context-sensitive Help files on each and every screen!
The new Triand will contain most core functionality. Please check back daily as significant functionality will be added in the coming weeks. During these periods of rapid system change remember to please press CTRL-F5 often to clear your browser caches, update your systems to receive the most recent functionality, and refresh your data. Often, CTRL-F5 may be the solution to an issue you are experiencing and should be your first course of action.

If you are the Triand Administrator for your area, please complete the following actions. Please test, review and validate the roles and permissions of your users. Also, please review your data.

For Everyone - Help Files and Training
Triand folks continuously update our context-sensitive help files that may be the basis for your training. To provide additional support now, Triand product Quick Reference Guides are on the Product Pages at www.Triand.com. We'll keep adding to these files with annotated screenshots and text so please always check both the context-sensitive help and Quick Reference Guides shortly before you conduct a training.

Support and Feedback
If you experience an issue, please press CTRL-F5 often to clear your browser caches and try back in an hour or so. As we iron out all customer details and add functionality over the coming weeks, there may be short periods where users may not have access to Triand. If your issue persists, until the Help Desk features are completely functioning, please email support@triand.com with details to reduce our response time back to you. We have many Triand folks available for hands-on migration assistance. While some issues take time for complete closure, during this period we will strive to respond to your emails within one business day.
Coming Soon - Major Features for You
These features are either not yet functional or partially functional. We will finalize these key features in the coming weeks, so please be patient. We will let you know via email at least weekly the features that were added. Because we have outlined below most features that are not yet available, please refrain from emailing us about them. This will increase our time to respond to all users for issues on features that are available.
